Speech-Language Pathologist

Spring Creek Charter Academy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve our students. We are open to flexible employment options, including full-time, part-time, or contract arrangements.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about helping students develop the communication skills they need to thrive academically and socially.

 

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate students with speech and language concerns.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide direct speech-language services.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families.
  • Participate in eligibility meetings and maintain required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal special education requirements.

 

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Georgia licensure/certification (or eligibility).
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • School-based experience is preferred but not required.

Paraprofessional

Spring Creek Charter Academy is seeking a caring, dependable, and student-focused Paraprofessional to join our team ASAP for the 2026-2027 school year.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with children, supports teachers in creating engaging learning environments, and is committed to helping every student succeed.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and classroom management.
  • Support individual students and small groups.
  • Help prepare instructional materials and maintain an organized classroom.
  • Supervise students during transitions, lunch, recess, and other assigned times.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and encouraging learning environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by school administration.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working with children is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, staff, students, and families.
  • Must pass all required background checks.
