2024-2025 OPEN ENROLLMENT INFORMATION

 

Open Enrollment for the 2024-2025 school year is from November 1, 2023, to January 19, 2024. 

 

Pre-enrollment forms can be done online,  downloaded and printed from our website, or picked up at the school. You may email completed forms to [email protected], mail them to the school with “Attention to Marisa Jasinski,” or drop them off there.

 

Completed forms must be received by 3 PM, Friday, January 19, 2024, to be included in the lottery. The lottery will be held Thursday, January 25, 2024, at 5 PM in the SCCA lunchroom. After the lottery, all spots or waiting lists are filled in the order applications are received.  Enrollment will remain open until the following year's open enrollment.  

 

Important Information regarding enrollment and the lottery:

  • Students already enrolled in PCA (except Pre-K) remain enrolled yearly unless a parent withdraws the student.  These students do not have to complete a pre-enrollment form.
  • Students in the SCCA Pre-K must complete pre-enrollment for Kindergarten. The Pre-K is not a part of our charter contract.  Unfortunately, by law, we cannot give them priority in Kindergarten.  Parents enrolling students in Pre-K should also remember this for next year.
  • Siblings of existing SCCA students will get priority in the lottery. However, you must still complete a pre-enrollment form for the new student.  Be sure to complete the sibling section to ensure priority.

 

***Please maintain documentation that the school received your pre-enrollment application.  You should receive a "receipt notification" from the Record's Clerk if you hand-deliver.  If you email, please keep the response email stating the application was received.  If you mail your application, you should follow up with a call to ensure it was received if you do not receive a receipt notification by mail.

Please Note: Our lottery for the 2024-2025 School year was held on January 25th. 
The remaining seats and waiting lists will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please fill out the online pre-enrollment form.  
 
 
The only criteria for enrolling in Spring Creek Charter Academy is to live in one of the three counties served; Decatur, Grady, Miller, or Seminole.  If the school has less spaces available than students applying for enrollment, a random lottery will be held to determine which students will be enrolled.  To learn more about enrollment in SCCA see the Enrollment Policy below.
