Parent Info » Enrollment

The only criteria for enrolling in Spring Creek Charter Academy is to live in one of the three counties served; Decatur, Miller, or Seminole.  If the school has less spaces available than students applying for enrollment, a random lottery will be held to determine which students will be enrolled.  To learn more about enrollment in SCCA see the Enrollment Policy below.
2021-2022 OPEN ENROLLMENT for Grades Pre-K - 8th
To apply for enrollment for the 2021-2022 school year, the Pre-Enrollment Form below must be completed and returned to the school. You may email forms to, mail them to the school with “Attention to Marisa Jasinski”, or drop them off at the school. Completed forms must be received by 3PM, Friday, March 12, 2021 to be included in the lottery. The lottery will be held Thursday, March 18, 2021 at 5PM in the SCCA lunchroom. After the lottery all spots or waiting lists are filled in the order applications are received.  Enrollment will remain open until the next year's lottery.
  • Students already enrolled in SCCA (with the exception of Pre-K) do NOT have to complete this form to remain enrolled for next year. Existing students remain enrolled from year to year unless a parent withdraws the student.
  • Students in the SCCA Pre-K must complete pre-enrollment for Kindergarten. We stressed this point last year during Open Enrollment. The Pre-K is not a part of our charter contract. Unfortunately, by law, we are not allowed to give them priority into Kindergarten.
  • Siblings of existing SCCA students will get priority in the lottery. However, you must still complete a pre-enrollment form for the new student. Be sure to complete the sibling section to ensure priority.
***Please maintain documentation that the school received your pre-enrollment application.  If you hand-deliver you should receive a "receipt notification" from the Record's Clerk.  If you email, please keep the response email stating the application was received.  If you mail your application, you should follow up with a call to ensure it was received if you do not receive a receipt notification by mail.
