About Me

Hi! My name is Anna Barber and I will be teaching Physical Education here at Spring Creek Charter Academy. I am a recent graduate of Troy University, where I earned my Bachelors of Science in Physical Education. Before attending Troy, I played softball at Thomas University and earned an Associate of Arts in Liberal Studies. While finishing my degree at Troy, I taught P.E. at a private Elementary school and was an assistant coach to middle and high school softball players.

I was born and raised here in Bainbridge and am excited to be back to begin my first full year of teaching! I have an older sister and younger brother who both live in Troy, AL (Go Trojans!) I enjoy being outside, watching sports, traveling, being with my family, and taking care of my Dachshund/Yorkie pup named Georgie!

As a physical education teacher, my goal is to provide an enjoyable learning environment for my students, motivate them to reach their full potential, and teach them life skills. I look forward to sharing my passion for Physical Education and Health with my students!
